Aims, Scope, and Target Audience

Turkish Journal of Turkish Cerebrovascular Diseases aims to publish high-quality studies of significant scientific and clinical value that contribute to the understanding, diagnosis, treatment, and prevention of cerebrovascular diseases. The journal encourages the submission of original research and multidisciplinary perspectives that advance both basic and clinical approaches in the field.
The journal covers a comprehensive range of topics related to cerebral vascular circulation and its disorders, including but not limited to stroke, cerebrovascular occlusive diseases, intracranial hemorrhages, neurocritical care, vascular neurology, interventional neurology, and stroke rehabilitation. Special attention is also given to epidemiology, acute stroke treatment, secondary prevention, and endovascular therapies.

Contributions from a wide array of disciplines are welcomed, including neurology, neurosurgery, internal medicine, rehabilitation, vascular surgery, radiology, nuclear medicine, anesthesiology, neuro-otology, neuro-ophthalmology, critical care medicine, neurophysiology, and neuropathology.

The journal publishes a variety of article types, including original research articles, reviews, short reports, case reports, letters to the editor, editorial comments, opinion pieces, and images of interest, all of which must adhere to internationally recognized ethical and scientific standards.
